VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, COUNTIF(S), AVERAGEIF(S), pivot tables besides all these there were many tools which i use to make life comfortable juggling between the complex data. I could give you such a solution which makes your work very much adaptable , comfortable and attractive within your taste and understanding as i always keen to give solution as per client comfort zone and not my comfort zone. My only concern is that as you mentioned "copying and pasting figures from several source files", so what are those files like excel, word, text file, pdf or manual script, please clarify on this point. And last whatsoever file or work i could deliver this in max 10 days, it could be 1 day also but purely depends on what is the data, volume of data and how much automation are you looking for.
