Football Team Age Calculation

I need a freelancer to develop a simple programme on either Excel or Access which will select a variable size football team primarily by age, from a list of player data. Variables will be; Team Name Total team age (default to be 360, but this should be changeable) size of team (typically 5, 6,7, 8, 9) name availability (Y/N) date of birth postion (select any two from a drop down table e.g. goal keeper, forward, back, utility) skill level (drop down table 1-5) allow for two other factors with editable drop down tables The objective is to create a (6) man team with a total age as close to 360 years with equal skill levels as possible. This is to make team selections more even and prevent teams from selecting their youngest and fittest players which prevents older players being selected. (e.g. for a six a side team, the average age would be 360) Requirements: Team selection will normally be for teams of 5 or 6 players (but this should be a variable 5-9) Use editable Excel/Access player list with full bios (Name, Age, Position, Stats as listed) Ideal skills: - Proficient in Excel - understand what I am trying to achieve - Attention to detail - Experience with data manipulation and analysis Please provide a sample of similar work.
