We are running a field-level study on how Indian agricultural cooperatives, farmer-producer organisations, and small- to medium-sized FMCG firms tackle sales and procurement—where their biggest bottlenecks lie, what workarounds they use, and which pain points remain unresolved. To capture authentic insights, I’ll give you a vetted list of ~50 decision-makers (CEO, Founder, Manager, etc.). Your role is to: • Place courteous outbound calls or WhatsApp messages in both Hindi/English and Kannada. • Briefly introduce the study, obtain verbal/written consent, then walk each participant through the structured question set I supply. Procurement and Sales issues are the focus, though a few prompts touch on coordination and day-to-day operations. • Record every answer—either directly into the provided spreadsheet or as clear voice files, whichever feels smoother for you, and label them against the contact’s unique ID. Deliverables I expect at handover: 1. A fully populated spreadsheet (or the equivalent transcription) covering all mandatory questions for every reachable contact. 2. The corresponding audio files when voice recording is used. 3. A short call log noting date, duration and outcome (completed, partial, unreachable). Fluent Hindi/English and Kannada, a professional phone manner and basic spreadsheet skills are essential.
