Hi, an inventory read that tells you which products actually turn and when demand lifts through the year. How I would do it: load sales and stock history into one dated table per SKU, work out turnover as cost of goods sold over average stock per period, then build a monthly seasonal index per category so a real season separates from a one off spike. Dead stock and slow movers fall out of the same table. How many months of history do you have?
