Hi - Not sure where your source data is, but if a reliable excel/csv data export is available that helps. We need to create transformation routines that cleanup the data and bring them to a common denominator. Then we need to load it to a OLAP model such that reports can be built using the data from model. I propose to use powerbi for all the activities. It can consume excel files that are dropped onto a onedrive folder. We can create predefined transformations that are applied for every new file and load it onto the target OLAP model. For defining what KPIs will be required your inputs will be essential. Based on that a dashboard will be built depicting charts/tables/graphs per your needs.
