You’ll be my go-to person for anything PLS-SEM, from double-checking the model specification to running the analysis and explaining the outputs in plain language. I already have the raw data and a working conceptual model; what I’m missing is the confidence that everything is coded, estimated, and reported to academic standards. Here’s how I picture our collaboration: • Review my current SmartPLS file to confirm that indicators, latent constructs, and paths are set up correctly. • Run reliability and validity checks—outer loadings, AVE, CR, HTMT, the works—and flag anything that needs adjustment. • Interpret the structural model (path coefficients, R², effect sizes, predictive relevance) and walk me through any potential re-specifications. • Package the final results into clear tables and figures I can drop straight into my manuscript, along with concise wording for the methods and results sections. If you prefer Zoom or Teams for quick screen-share sessions, that’s perfect—I learn fastest when I can see the clicks in real time. Familiarity with the latest SmartPLS release is a must; bonus points if you’ve published with it or coached other researchers before.
