Strategic Venue Mapping Specialist Required

I am currently responding to an RFP and am seeking an experienced freelancer to help strategically map my venue space against the Pennsylvania Convention Center (PCC) layout referenced in the proposal. This is not simply a writing assignment. I am looking for someone who can provide thoughtful spatial analysis and positioning. Scope of Work: • Review the RFP requirements • Analyze the relevant PCC layout and space specifications • Map my space (square footage, room capacities, ceiling height, traffic flow, breakout functionality, etc.) against PCC’s setup • Identify areas of alignment, potential gaps, and strategic positioning opportunities • Assist in clearly articulating this comparison within the RFP response Important Space Guidance: Please avoid using Hall A and Hall B for breakout configurations. Additionally, do not reference or model against the following PCC spaces: 100A–107B 201A–204C 301–306 Ballroom AB Grand Hall The comparison should focus on alternative configurations outside of those areas to ensure a realistic and strategic alignment. Materials I Will Provide: My venue floorplans and full space specifications The RFP requirements PCC layout details (if needed) This will be an ongoing need, as I anticipate requiring this type of support on a weekly basis. I am ideally looking to build a longer-term working relationship with the right freelancer. Ideal Candidate: Experience with event venues, convention centers, spatial planning, or RFP strategy is strongly preferred.
