Your acceptance criterion says zero duplicate emails. Exact string matching won't get you there. Gmail ignores dots in the local part and drops everything after a plus sign, so one real mailbox can sit in your file three times with the dots moved around and a plus tag bolted on. Three rows, one person. Case folding does the same thing. Dedup has to run on a normalised key while the raw address stays as the value you actually import, otherwise you either ship duplicates or mangle addresses that were already fine. Second one: valid syntax is not a deliverable address. A row can pass every RFC check and still bounce because the domain has no MX record at all. Bounces cost you sender reputation on the webinar platform, and that's much harder to undo than a CSV. I'd run an MX lookup per unique domain and flag those rows rather than quietly dropping them. Phone numbers need a default country before consistent format means anything. Ten digits is India or the US depending on what you assume. If these are Indian sign-ups I'd normalise to E.164 with the +91 prefix and flag whatever doesn't fit instead of guessing. You'd get the cleaned file, a second file holding every row I pulled or changed with the reason attached so you can overrule me, and the import proof.
