Complete Windows PC Migration

I need my entire Windows workstation—documents, applications, user profiles, settings, licences, the lot—moved over to a brand-new Windows machine with zero data loss and minimal downtime. I’m not asking for selective installs; I simply want everything that runs today to run tomorrow on the new hardware exactly as it does now. Here’s how I picture the hand-off working: • You assess both PCs remotely, confirm drive sizes, partitions, and any encryption in place (BitLocker, etc.). • Using your preferred toolset—whether that’s USMT, Laplink PCmover, full-disk imaging, or another proven method—you copy every program and file, verify integrity, and handle activation keys so nothing breaks post-transfer. • Once the migration is complete, you walk me through a quick checklist: apps launch, printers are recognised, network shares map correctly, email clients open with all mail intact, and personal files match byte-for-byte. Acceptance criteria • New PC boots straight into my familiar Windows desktop with no missing shortcuts or prompts for missing DLLs. • All applications open without re-activation requests. • Data and folder structure remain identical, including hidden and system files. • Old PC is left untouched so I can keep it as a fallback until I sign off. Mirror image for both PC's backed up on to external Lexan hard drive. Current system Windows 10 Lenovo T430 Core I5 migrating to Windows 11 Lenovo X1 Carbon Gen 11 Core I7. An update: I have tried two different people who claimed they could do this migration and neither could complete it. Frustrating as I have spent a number of hours remotely with both as they tried to work through it to no avail. I now have a copy of old computer on an external drive using Macrium and it boot disc for this that doesn't work. If someone is interested in this I need details how they would approach it not a chatbot that says "I can start immediately" Thanks.
