Primary Marketing Survey Response Collection – Acceptance Criteria To ensure alignment, below are the key acceptance criteria for the survey: • Total Qualified Responses Required: 200 • Target Cities: Mumbai (100), Kolkata (100) Response Qualification Criteria: ● Only respondents who pass the screening questions will be counted. ● Respondents must reside in the following target cities (Mumbai & Kolkata). ● Respondents must own a Bike, Car, or Both. ● Responses from non-target cities or non-vehicle owners will not be counted toward the required total. Milestone-Based Approach: ● The project will be executed in 2 milestones of 100 qualified responses each. ● A review/retrospective discussion will be conducted after each milestone before proceeding to the next. ● Based on the findings, targeting refinements may be requested. The founding team will make the final decision on any changes. Response Distribution per City (100 Responses): ● Minimum 30 Bike Owners ● Minimum 30 Car Owners ● Maximum 60 Bike Owners ● Maximum 60 Car Owners ● Remaining responses can come from respondents owning both Bike & Car Preferred Respondent Profiles: ● Long-distance riders/tourers (e.g., RE Himalayan, KTM Adventure owners) ● Vehicle modifiers and customization enthusiasts ● Passionate bike/car owners interested in upgrades and accessories ● Performance enthusiasts (track-day/racing enthusiasts) ● First-time upgraders exploring OEM vs aftermarket options ● Biker / Car communities We would also appreciate it if you could share your proposed approach for reaching these audience segments and any assumptions that may impact timelines or response quality.
