Pune Real Estate Field Research

I’m putting together a focused market study of Pune’s real-estate scene and need someone who can get out into the field and gather physical, on-ground data that simply isn’t available online. The assignment revolves around mapping current property supply and any location-specific insights you spot while talking to agents, builders or even security guards at project sites. You will spend time in key micro-markets—Kharadi and Undri— collecting society details and taking photographs. Deliverables (all digital): -- survey data using a company provided app I’ll provide a simple template and orientation call before you start. Expect around 4 full weeks of fieldwork; timelines are flexible as long as updates come in daily. Accuracy and honesty in your notes will be the main acceptance criteria. If you already know Pune’s real-estate pockets or have done similar market research, that will make the ramp-up even quicker.
