My firm is focused on the amusement industry. I manage several investment and operating companies and am looking for someone part-time to assist in accounting, using Quickbooks on a Mac, financial analysis using excel, data entry for accounting and some administrative tasks. This could easily turn into a full time position. I need an individual who learns quickly, has strong excel and quickbooks skills and is organized. I need someone who meets deadlines and has an excellent work ethic. While some of the work can be done remotely, the ideal candidate must be able to come to Park Slope Brooklyn to work as well. Most of the work is very high-level although any candidate must be willing to do administrative tasks as well (if you believe you are too good to run an errand or get something to the post office than you are likely not right for the entrepreneurial environment and culture of my work).
