I need a admin assistant to help make orders that customers have placed on my website.
It is a printing website, where a user uploads their images for printing.
The task will involve going through my 'Order Confirmed' emails, and entering in the unique customer reference number on my website. This will show the customers shipping address + the file names of the images they wanted printed.
You would need to create a folder with the customers name, copy and paste the shipping address into a .txt document and then pull the appicible images from my webserver.
I have attached a .txt document with a comprehensive guide of the work.
This is ongoing. The work is simple, just very repetitive. My current worker has become unavailable, so I need a new one.
I will pay 50c an email done. There are hundereds of emails to do, and I get new ones a day too.
