I am looking for a 90 day workout journal with 5 workout days and 2 days of rest. The workouts are broken down into sections as follows:
Upper Body Day 1
Lower Body Day 3
Full Body Day 5
Metabolic Conditioning (METCON) or better known as "Cardio", Days 2 & 4 (Including, but not limited to running, rowing, biking, burpees, mountain climbers, jumping pull-ups)
The journal will have a comprehensive list of exercises for each section at the beginning so the users have an idea as to how to change their workouts every week. Almost like a cut and paste format.
All the upper, lower and full body exercises have to be functional movements with NO use of machines. Kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, sandbags, tires, sledge hammers, gymnastic movements will be the basis for the workout journal.
This will be in an ebook format and will need a cover as well.
