1-I need you to write a template assesment ( Initial gathering info document) which i can use every time i get new client looking to implemnet ARCHIVING solution. Assesment template document has questions should be answerd by client IT department in regards their Infrastructure , Should has qustions for the end user process and indexing fileds etc,
2- I need you to imagine a client ( bank or telecomunication indusrty) and answer your questions. based on Accounting department of the client AND HR
3- Draw w workflow Chart for both departments .
4- Implementation Plan document ( deployment )

it should has alot of Document management systems and Archiving COMMON questions which needed to be answered by me or my colleague in technical department every-time we get new client for our Software.
Plus i need answers based on example , Flow chart for workflow for 2 departments "Accounting" and "HR" ,
You can choose any example such as bank or telecommunication
and build the answers for your questions which you came up with based on the 2 departments ,, HR process can be the " Leave Application " .
Accounting department or Loan department and the process could be Loan Approval .
