We are a creative agency, and we are looking for a permanent situation for an overall office assistant. We specialize in small town marketing, and our product core is development of print pieces (magazines, etc) and web design. We also do video production, etc.
What I need is an assistant directly to me and the directors. As we approach deadlines, we need someone to help build the form we don't have time to, organize files (we house our own servers, so we scan everything) prepare reports, post payments received, create and email invoices, create proposals, etc.
Again, I am looking for a permanent solution here. Someone with some Graphics, slight web design, and big commerce experience would be moved to the top of our list.
