MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Administration Procedures • Responsible for providing, developing and maintaining efficient and confidential administrative support to the business owner. This position operates with a high degree of independence in performing the duties of the position while maintaining open communication with business owner and other virtual team members as and when required. • Ensure assigned tasks are completed within specified timeframe and with a minimum number of errors or omissions. • Maintenance of the client's database and ensuring all information is recorded, updated and accurate at all times • Preparation of timely and accurate presentations and reports using Microsoft office applications including Word, Power Point and Excel. Marketing • Management of social media accounts platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube) • Basic website maintenance and blog management • Preparation of events announcement / monthly newsletter KEY COMPETENCIES Effective Communication • Presents information both clearly and concisely and regularly confirms correct interpretation of information. • Very high standard of communication skills both written and oral for the presentation of facts and ideas. • Written communication must be clear, concise, and easy to read and comprehend. Organisation of Work • Demonstrates the ability to handle several projects simultaneously. • Implements the key principles of time management, task allocation and priority assignment in addition to personal organisation. • Continually seek ways to improve the service provided via development of professional skills and personal growth. • Initiates and responds to suggestions for improving service. SKILLS REQUIRED Extensive computer and Internet literacy Prior experience in an administration role Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all output Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office applications including Word, Power Point and Excel (and MAC platform equivalent) Prior experience in website/ blogs / E-newsletter / EDM etc There are the following skills and specifications required in a candidate desiring to do the job of a virtual assistant: The person needs to have impressive etiquette to do the job. He or she needs to be an excellent communicator so should have great communication skills and Good English Speaking/writing skills. The required skills in a person are exceptional computer skills, good organizing and planning skills. He or she should be an excellent learner with the ability to understand, and execute complex written and verbal instructions. The person needs to be able to maintain customer confidentiality and should be very honest. Trust is important. He or she should have the quality of being calm and composed even in emergencies and opposite situations. He or she should be able to deliver excellent and satisfactory customer service, externally and internally. He or she needs to have the quality of work under rigorous pressure and meet close deadlines. Have a clear work flow progress and keep work log and send to me to have clear understanding of times spent on tasks. Not want things double handled or too or too much time handling things which could be done faster etc.

Hello Sir, a brief introduction of mine. I did my bachelors in Electronics and Instrumentation engineering in 2011. My fluency in English is comparable to that of a native speaker, and I have a flair for writing business/technical/academic/creative articles. I have 2+ years of experience in electronics testing and calibration thanks to my stint at ERTL (East), Kolkata, Govt. of India. After that, I had been a freelance product description writer for Extreme Commerce, Malaysia. Presently I am working as a customer support and administrative assistant for a UK based education consultancy firm. My job involves writing creative/promotional contents on academics, and communication with high-profile clients, mostly reputed universities. In course of my employments, I've enhanced my interpersonal skills, troubleshooting abilities, strategic thinking and proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I believe in integrating accuracy, innovation and hard work to develop a sound professional approach, and pledge to deliver the best possible results within deadline. I will be able to work 7 hours/day, 5 days a week. If necessary I'll complete pending pieces of work on weekends. Given the volume and variety of work, I have proposed a reasonable rate of $ 4/hr; bidding abnormally low just to grab the project and then mess up everything is not my practice.
