Accounts creation on diffrent sites

Hello i'm looking for a serious person to help me with creation for web 2.0 properties websites, such as : -twitter , facebook etc, etc For start i'm going to invest $30 for this project so please let me know how many accounts you can create for this money. You will have to create the email and it's corespondent account on the other site and after to confirm the account.
