Excel Data entry for website products.

Project Description: The winning bidder will be creating excel 2003 or 2007 files of product list for uploading to our volusion website, and saving photos as well. We need to add the products from the wholesaler: [login to view URL] to our product line. The winning bidder will browse though all products and save the photos and convert them to jpg photos per our specs. Photo Names and sizes. Every product photo must be saved as a .jpg picture with the productcode field from the excel files +-2 on the end. For example if the productcode you creat is P1_lipgloss, the photo must be saved as [login to view URL] If there’s more than 1 photo for a product add -3, -4 to the photo name instead. If P1_lipgloss has 3 photos they would be named: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] You will also add the products to excel spreadsheets, so we can upload them to our website. I attached to sample excel templates to show how it’s done. [login to view URL] is the product list. Please add products in the fields as shown below (without quotes): -Productcode: All products must begin with P1_ and not me more than 30 characters. Example: ” P1_Lipgloss” or” P1_OrgLavHon FaceFoam” for “Organic Lavender Honey Facial Cleansing Foam” -Productname: Copied from website Example: “Organic Lavender Honey Facial Cleansing Foam” Not more than 255 characters Hideproduct: Always “Y” Stockstatus Always “99999” Productdescriptionshort Always “100% Pure” Productdescription: Copied from website product description, use html tags to make parts bold or separate paragraphs Productweight: Always” .25” Productprice: Same as website, or “0” if you don’t see a price” Productmanufacturer: Always “100% Pure” (same as Productdescriptionshort brand name) Categoryids #’s Use the following numbers depending on what kind of product. If a product does’t fit these categories I will give you a new number to use. Bubble Bath & Lotions = 82 Makeup = 28 Body Wash and Cleansers = 248 That’s all the fields for that file. For the file [login to view URL] This file is only for products that are identical except for flavor. Possibly only the lipgloss, but if you see any other products that all have the same description and ingredients list just save 2 or 3 random flavor photos, and add the flavor as per attached document. Applytoproductcodes field should match the product code from the other excel file, and each product should have a “Select One” option along with the flavors. Other fields just use the same number.
