I have attached 3 files for review.
file #1 - 092314 sample; gives a 1 page sample that shows the 6 items that I need from each page.
file # 2 - 092314 excel sample; shows the exact format that I need on excel spreadsheet.
file #3 - 092314 first 75; are the 75 pages of data.
I have several hundred pages of input, but starting with just these 75 pages to begin with to find the right freelancer for the job.
