Do some Excel Work

Import 2 CSV files that are formatted for bigcommerce shopping cart into new volusion shopping cart store. Must have familiarity with these 2 shopping cart platforms.
There are two spreadsheets (csv). one spreadsheet has about 4,000 products that have been recently scraped from a couple of our suppliers websites and put into a bigcommerce import format (these were never added to our bigcommerce store.)
The other spreadsheet (csv) has been exported from our existing bigcommerce store (about 1300 products). Some of the products will be duplicates so settings in volusion will need to be set to not import duplicate data.
UPDATE:
I forgot to mention that there are image files contained in a zip file that are related to the spreadsheet containing the data in the spreadsheet that was scraped. This job must include all images corresponding to the correct product.
Successful completion of this job will be having all products with their related data plus images loaded into my new volusion shopping cart.
