Manage Magento Website Inventory with eBay Store Inventoy

We have a website with Magento backoffice + 3 eBay stores that have inventory on them. We require someone to maintain my website with items from the eBay accounts is needed. As new items are added to the eBay stores, they should be added to the website. As items are sold or taken off the eBay stores, they should be set as quantity 0 and sold out on the website. There are over 1200 items to manage, but a base inventory has been added to the website already. Some items on the website need to be set as sold out and 0 quantity as they have been sold out on the eBay store. Each eBay listing contains between 5 and 8 hi-res images, all images must be transferred and the main image must be the main image on [login to view URL] must be same resolution as that on eBay. There will be zoom and these items require hi detail. Also required is the full price, description, and inventory number. If the item is on sale on eBay then the original non-sale price must be entered. Example: $100 item is 10% off on eBay and eBay has $100 crossed out with $90 under it, I need $100 as the input. Detailed instructions will be provided on what fields I would like entered and how. Only experienced data entry need apply. Must have a good feedback. Time is of a factor as well. Knowledge of Magento backoffice a big plus. This bid is for managing the inventory and will be done on a per item added basis. There could be only 100-200 items added Before adding or removing items you will be required to make a list of items that need to be added to the site and taken out of inventory of the site. This list will be reviewed and approved by me, and then work of updating inventory will be done. This bid is for how much you will charge per 100 items added to the site. If you do a great job we will do this on a weekly basis. If you make a bid of $30, that means you are going to charge $0.30 an item added. If you make a bid of $100, this means you want to charge $1 an item. New items are added all the time, this can be a long term job, as long as the job is done right.
