We are currently looking for a professional in the field of customer service that can regularly work for us several hours each day (excluding weekends) as a substitute manager. Our current customer service manager is on a medical program and can only work for so long each day.
The number of hours will range from 6 - 12 hours / week.
There is a degree of flexibility in determining your own schedule so you are certainly welcome to propose that. However you will need to work at some point between 8 AM - 5 PM PST (Pacific time).
You will be working directly with our customer service department, all staff are fully trained. You will receive a full docket to review a week prior to starting.
A minimum of 2 Years professional experience
Fluent verbal and written english skills
