We need someone to join our team, part time at first 5-10 hours per week. you will need outlook here since we will give you an email address + signature & have a good English skills. time zone not that important. Tasks in brief - Note you would also get access to work in our system its called Cargowise (simple steps though, will show you)
- Review a weekly (1-2 times) excel file of Past dues for clients. You will go in and print the past due list & review whats not paid
- Follow up with emails to the dedicated people that's handling the account or directly to client where you will print & attach a statement
- Make notes of their comments when will be settled / Follow up on the date (send updates to a few colleagues 1-2 weekly with information / feedback from people or client)
- Print new lists often & cross check if new past dues (excel skills is helpful, but rather basics)
- Step 2 after getting above under control. You are going to post payments in the system & email out receipts (also rather simple, will show you)
