I have a very small one person/myself business. Work from home/anywhere. Im overwhelmed with keeping track of everything at times so im looking for an assistant / support.
- Need help keeping track of all emails that come to me
- gathering docs from leads again all through email
- tracking the approval process and getting additional documentation from leads
- corresponding in emails and txt messages as well to the leads
- forward stuff over to you to "please handle / resolve".
- daily phone follow ups.
- occasional data entry when an applicant is approved.
I am guessing its 7.5-10 hours a week to start. Many of the items above only take a few seconds or minutes like replying back to someone to complete and if your doing other jobs for someone else at the same time Its fine with me. Almost everything is through email so ideally i'd like for you to add the email account to your phone to reply back whenever you can/anytime. Its going to be hard to track the minutes and seconds time so if we can work out a flat rate per week or month that'd be great and if its more time then we can revisit.
