Administrative Assistant

Highly recognized financial services firm in midtown is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support within their Legal team. This role supports three senior managers. Seeking a dedicated, reliable, and professional assistant that is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Candidate must have demonstrated experience of extensive calendar management across time zones and international and domestic travel coordination, as this role will support executives with demanding, changing schedules. Responsibilities will include partnering with the executives to make sure their days are organized and on track, drafting correspondence, reconciling expenses, and interacting with clients and internal employees on behalf of the team. Candidate should be very professional, flexible and be able to successfully work in a fast paced, high volume company. Candidate must have the ability to handle an ever changing workload and must be confident in working with demanding executives. Must be flexible to come in early and stay late as needed. Ideal candidate will have 5 years of administrative experience out of professional services. BA/BS required. Hours are 8:30am-6pm.
