Administrative Real Estate Assistant

The Virtual Assistant is an individual that is willing to do whatever it takes to support the CEO of a successful real estate company. Communication is critical. You must be able to respond to emails and Google Hangout calls immediately, and have excellent English written and verbal skills. You must be a problem solver and anticipate needs before they arise. The tasks you will be responsible for must be completed with a very high degree of quality as we work with high net worth clients.

This is not a short term or project based position. We are looking for a talented Virtual Assistant that is willing to be with the company for several years. Training and support will be provided to make sure that you can do your job at the highest level of efficiency. Please do not apply if you are looking for an easy virtual assistant position. This will be a fast paced and challenging environment. There will be a very in depth interview process including personality tests, IQ test, communication tests, background, and reference checks.

1) Primary Responsibilities

Input and update Multiple Listing Services

Update other listing portals (Zillow, Trulia, [login to view URL])

Update and organize client database - Podio

Assist with filing contracts & reviewing for compliance

Assist with additional office administrative tasks

2) Key Skills

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills – you will be working with United States based clients

Available to work in US Eastern Time Zone 9AM – 6PM Monday-Friday, 20+ hours a week

Available on call on the weekends to assist with drafting contracts

1 Year + experience as a virtual assistant and excellent references

Very responsive – should be able to respond immediately to emails or Google Hangout calls

Attention to detail

Great ability to focus and prioritize time sensitive tasks

Excellent with technology and able to learn new technology quickly

Ambitious, self motivated, and driven personality

3) Compensation

$6 per hour
