Hi, You're right. With VBA you can automate the process of filling a template Word document with Excel data. You can create not only one but even hundreds of documents at the same time. I have created a number of similar tools to fill customer letters, invoices, quotes, certifications etc. I'm pretty sure I will be able to help you too. Regards, Balint
