US Citizen required for a long term offshore project as a Director/Board.

We are a NZ based startup looking to serve as a PSP (Payment Service Provider) and a Aggregator which facilitates processing international payments between two parties in multiple currencies, languages groundbreaking within countries US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, EU region. We have enough investment, finances and other conditions provided by banks. Our directors/signers are already in Australia, NZ, Canada and Europe. For the US market, we are looking for a director with good management skills who should be a US citizen.

There is no upfront/investment needed, just require a US presence / US citizen as a director so we could meet all the requirements laid by banks and other financial institutions involved in providing us the services.
