Data Entry Clerk to be part of the Finance team. This position is a temporary role and will help the Billing Specialist to manage invoicing during the high-volume billing periods. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work with a fun, fast-paced, energetic team.

Generates reports to transfer Electronic Data Interchange invoices
Enters data into system by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard
Reviews data for deficiencies and discrepancies by using standard procedures and reports them to the Billing Department for resolution
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reports needed changes
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
Generates proof of performance reports
Electronically files all invoicing and billing data
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
