Data Entry Clerk

CA Laboratories is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a clerical position currently open at our Carrollton, TX facility. The ideal candidate will be capable of working individually as well as in conjunction with other laboratory members; capable of interacting directly with clients; and have a working knowledge of various software programs including Microsoft Office and Lotus SmartSuite.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as laboratory typist; compiling raw data into client reports.
- Serve as laboratory receptionist; answering phones and assisting walk-in clients as required.
- Participate in maintenance and upkeep of the laboratory; maintaining a clean work environment and assisting technical staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to type at least 70 WPM comfortably!
- High School Graduate (some college or clerical experience preferred)
- Experience in a laboratory environment is a plus.
- Previous bulk data entry experience preferred.
