data input and beta testing

I'm a start up website and I am looking for someone who speaks English and French and can data input flyers into my site.
I have approximatly 200 flyers that need to be input on the site, the candidate should be able to beta test the site at the same time and communicate any issues back to me. The flyers will be sent by post and should be returned to me when done.
A programming background would be an advantage
