Find Information from Websites

I am in the process of writing a decoder for the model numbers of HVAC residential equipment here in the US. I have data from two companies already but would like to have data for them all in the future. What I want to do with this project is get data from another company(Amana) using a freelancer to free up my time on data entry so I can focus on the code. I know the first time doing this will be slow because of the learning curve but once the data is understood it would be faster. If you are successful with this one company I will hire you again for the other companies. Each manufacture uses a code to describe the equipment, this is know as a model number. What I need done is break this code down to XML records for each pieces of equipment use in residential systems. You should be able to look at my data to understand what needed. The data is all on the website just in different formats such as PDF and HTML. I wrote the XML file using eclipse and do my editing using eclipse but you can use any text or XML editor to do the XML file. I have attached screen shoots of how to get the data from the web site. I also attached a price sheet with model number so you could see what I am trying to decode. One code will open many model numbers, thus the reason for my program.
