> Attending Visitors & Customers in Reception.
> Monitoring housekeeping and other facilities related to office use.
> Distributing the stationary as per requirement and keeping the record.
> Coordinating with the dealers, Suppliers. and vendors.
> Getting ID prepared and distributing them to the respective staff members, Cafeteria supervising and ordering of food.
> Day to Day Housekeeping supervision, Managing housekeeping team, office boys, securities and other facilities related to office use.
> Monthly reports ( inventory and stock, vending machine etc).Maintaining the monthly Biometric attendance sheet.
> Handling Petty cash, Client/guest visit coordination.
> Languages Mandatory: English, Hindi & Telugu.
