Looking for Administrative assistance for one month FULL TIME - must work on a Mac!

Your responsibilities will include:
- Formatting content from Google slides to compressed PDF's
- Uploading content with an eye for detail to our online platform
- Checking our online platform regularly for accuracy of content
- Moving written content from google sheets into specific formats and editing for errors
- Creating google slides in the correct format from written content on google sheets
- Assisting with additional administrative tasks as they arise
YOU MUST WORK ON A MAC COMPUTER TO ACCESS OUR FILES!!!
This position is full time Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Pacific Time for one month, starting ASAP. You must be available during these times to work and answer calls from our team. All work will take place during these hours and you must be on our project 100% of the time during these hours.
