Project Title: Part-time Manager for Team Management
We are looking for a passionate manager to coordinate the work on our educational website. We do have people working on different components like content editing - this role is mainly to manage all those works and ensure proper completion. We use Google Workspace, so familiarity with Google docs and spreadsheets is a must though basic knowledge suffices.
PS: This role is strictly for an individual and is a long-term position.
Responsibilities:
- The part-time manager will be responsible for team management, ensuring efficient collaboration and productivity among team members.
Skills and Experience:
- While specific expertise is not necessary, having industry knowledge would be beneficial for a better understanding of the team's needs and requirements.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Time Commitment:
- The part-time manager is expected to work less than 10 hours per week.
- Flexibility in schedule is preferred to accommodate occasional changes and urgent matters.
