I am looking for a virtual assistant to provide administrative support while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, and updating salesforce.
For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using Outlook for emails and calendar. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision with the ability to read and utilize a set of rules to update outlook email as well as keeping a calendar and [login to view URL] up to date.
I anticipate all tasks will require 10-15 hours per week, 48-52 weeks per year, depending on holiday schedules.
