Need an excel expert for a 2 part project

We are creating a catalog/price list database in excel. All files needed and instructions are in zip file.
PART 1
We need 3 new excel sheets created.
The first will be called Price Sheet A.
The second will be called Price Sheet B.
And the third will be called MSRP.
I have provided you with 4 excel sheets that have the data that will be used for the 3 new excel sheets above.
To make it easier for you we have included 3 templates to teach you how to format the new excel sheets.
The products must be in a certain order. Their order can be found in the attached document "The Product Specification [login to view URL]"
**It is important to make sure that the formulas from the excel sheets remain within the corresponding cell locations when formatted to the new excel sheets. The formulas must still work.**
PART 2
We need to replace the current images that are in column A of all of the excel sheets.
The file name of the images corresponds to the product name that also appears in the burgundy/dark red row.
The finished files should be provided in editable excel sheets.
