Need MySpace Accounts (created with proxies)

I need someone to create 250 accounts, but they need to be done with different IP addresses (proxies)...or at least a different IP (proxy) every 2-3 accounts.
They also need to be verified. I have catch-all domains if you need to use them...that way it will get sent to my pop3, and I can use a program to automatically verify them. I have an account creator (which you would only need to type in captchas to create accounts), but the liscense is for only one computer. So if you are someone with the software for this, it would make it a breeze.
Like I said...they HAVE to be done with different proxies...or I will NOT pay. I will wait one day to pay...because if they get deleted within a day, they were not created with proxies and I will not pay. So please do not accept unless you have access to multiple proxies.
If you are someone who proves that they have access to multiple working proxies, I may even buy you an account creator so you can do work for me on a daily basis...I would need them done every day.
