I'm looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to assist with the day-to-day operations of our sign shop. The ideal candidate should be adept at managing customer inquiries via email, performing data entry tasks, and quoting projects using our Point of Sale system. Key Responsibilities: - Quoting projects: This is the most critical task. Experience with quoting in a retail or service environment is a plus. - Handling customer inquiries: You will be managing our communication with customers via email. Excellent written communication skills are essential. - Data entry: Accurate and efficient data entry is crucial to keep our operations running smoothly. - Scheduling appointments: Coordinate with clients to schedule installation or consultation appointments. - Customer follow-ups: Follow up with customers after projects are completed to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction. Key Requirements: - Proficiency in our Point of Sale system: This is a must for quoting projects. Experience with similar systems is also beneficial. - Strong email management skills: You will be primarily dealing with customer inquiries. - Excellent attention to detail: This is essential for both data entry and quoting projects.
