Please be comfortable typing in fluent, polite Bahasa Indonesia (occasional short English phrases are helpful) and able to stay online during the agreed shift window. I’ll track response times, so consistency matters just as much as accuracy. Deliverable: daily chat logs exported at the end of each shift so I can review common questions and improve the knowledge base.
