We have English content containing approximately 400,000 words. We have translated this content to Japanese using machine translation, giving us approximately one million Japanese characters. The bulk of this content (over 80%) is in a field which we want to be copied and pasted from the appropriate legislative text found online. The remainder of the content we wish to have proofread for readability of the machine translations. We have a database running in Access which contains all of the English and Japanese data, and where the work will be done.
In the accompanying images, you can see a sample of the data. In the first image, the four circled fields are the ones which we have machine translated into Japanese.
The DRID 267, where the mouse pointer is located in the diagram, is related to this group of fields. The fields within that DRID can be seen in the second image.
The Citation URL in the first image leads to the text which will need to be copied and pasted into the DRGuideNote seen in the second image.
