QuickBooks Expense Reconciliation Needed

I need my QuickBooks file brought fully up to date. Between 100 and 500 business-only expenses are sitting unreconciled; they must be matched to the bank feed, accurately categorised, and posted to the proper accounts. Once everything balances, I also want clean reports that clearly reflect my current profit and cash position. To make it crystal-clear what “done” looks like, I should be able to open QuickBooks and see: • Every transaction in the period marked “reconciled” with zero discrepancies • All expenses assigned to the correct business categories and classes • Updated Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet that tie to the reconciled bank and credit-card statements You’ll have read-only bank statement PDFs and QuickBooks Accountant access from the start, so please be comfortable navigating the platform’s reconciliation, Chart of Accounts, and reporting tools. A quick turnaround is appreciated, but accuracy is paramount.
