6 months to 1 year experience Our rapidly growing IT Services business requires a IT Recruiter to support hiring for our project Requirement: • Dynamic, High Energy, Results Oriented Go Getter • 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment • Strong experience recruiting on social networking sites like LinkedIn, Facebook apart from traditional job portals like Naukri,Monster ,Desi OPT, Sulekha and Dice • Strong Head-hunting skills • Ability to screen and evaluate candidates for technical, communication, leadership and cultural fitment • Must have Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Looking for OPT Recruiter
Should have hands-on experience using job portals.
Proven OPT/CPT/H1 Hiring & H1B transfer experience in a corporate environment.
Should have some understanding about the hot IT skills in the market.
Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT/H1B/GC/ USC candidates from Job portals, universities, Network, Social Networking sitesandother sources.
Ability to identify get H1B Transfer/Project Transfer resources and explain the on-boarding process
Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
Good Negotiation, Sourcing and Networking Skills.
