I need a detail-oriented HR assistant who can help us run live video interviews with shortlisted candidates. Once we agree on a time slot, you’ll open the call on Microsoft Teams or Zoom, greet the candidate, walk through a preset question list, and keep the conversation on track. After each interview you’ll: • Add a short (3–5 line) observation summary to our tracking sheet so I can scan for red flags and highlights before the next stage. Strong communication, punctual starts, and a working grasp of basic HR/interview etiquette are non-negotiable; they ensure every candidate gets a consistent, professional experience. The workload is remote and part-time—usually 10-15mins per candidate and this is a long term job but you can quit at anytime. If you’re comfortable on camera, confident guiding conversations, and have a bold personality with a little bit of experience. I’d love to hear when you’re available to begin.
