Our company is seeking to hire a polite, professional call center representative to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our products and services. The call center representative may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response.

If you are hired you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policies
Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items
Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies
Hours of employment:Flexible
