My Guy Services is looking to hire a data entry assistant to help organize our current client base. The purpose of this task is to enter in service tags for each of our services our previous clients hired My Guy Services to do for them in addition to what services clients requested from My Guy Services did not accept into our CRM system (jobber). Using information from our CRM and our sales software (Responsibid) you will be able to gather all the information needed to complete this job so My Guy Services is able to follow up and retarget our previous clients for repeat/new business.
Data Entry Clerk Job Responsibilities:
-Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
-Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
-Establishes entry priorities.
-Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for previous services.
-Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures and updating incomplete client records for what services they have hired My Guy Services for.
-Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
-Combines data from both systems jobber and responsibid when account information is incomplete.
-Purges files to eliminate duplication of data.
-Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data.
-Secures information by completing database backups.
-Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
-Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
All information and logins will be provided to you. For easy reference we will also have video screen share recordings on how to find the information and how to enter in data into our CRM.
