Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Product Data Coordinator to manage the accurate and timely upload, maintenance, and updating of product information on our online B2B furniture portal. This role is critical to ensuring that our product listings remain current and accurate, providing a seamless experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: CSV File Management: Prepare, upload, and verify furniture SKUs using CSV files to the online portal. Ensure all product attributes, such as dimensions, descriptions, and pricing, are accurately reflected. Ongoing Product Management: Regularly update stock levels, ensuring accurate availability information. Manage the addition of new products and the removal of discontinued items in a timely manner. Quality Assurance: Verify that all uploaded data appears correctly on the portal, resolving discrepancies promptly. Work closely with the sales and inventory teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy. Stock Updates: Monitor weekly stock changes and input updates into the portal to ensure real-time accuracy. Coordination with Importers and Suppliers: Liaise with importers and suppliers to gather accurate and up-to-date product data. Respond promptly to requests for product changes or updates. Skills & Qualifications: Strong experience with CSV files and data entry. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet tools. Experience working with e-commerce platforms or B2B portals is highly desirable. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills to collaborate with suppliers and team members effectively. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. This job will be an ongoing concern and we're looking for a freelanced hourly rate for works completed.
