Sharepoint knowledge library management and coaching support

I’m building a knowledge library in SharePoint Online to help a team find documents, reference material and templates quickly, and to make our document and proposal process faster and more consistent. The structure and content plan are already designed. I’m not looking for someone to decide what it should be. I’m looking for someone to help me build it correctly, set up some automation, and coach me so I can run and maintain it myself afterwards. This is a build-alongside-me role, not a hand-it-over-and-leave role. What’s already done • A four-section site structure, documented in a blueprint. • A tagging model so one master library can be surfaced as multiple filtered views. • Clear content requirements for each section. What I need help with • Setting up the site structure, navigation and pages to match the blueprint. • Configuring a master document library with proper metadata columns (fixed-choice, not free text), and creating filtered views so the same library can be shown in several different ways. • Modern, clean page design: hero, tiles, dynamic content web parts, gallery views, consistent styling. • Building a small number of Power Automate flows: a content-submission/intake flow, and a freshness/review-reminder flow. • Coaching me as we go, so I can maintain and extend it without you afterwards. Nice to have • Experience setting up Microsoft 365 Copilot / Copilot agents scoped to a SharePoint site. • Experience with knowledge-management or intranet projects, not just raw SharePoint. How we’ll work • Collaborative screen-share sessions, where you build with me and explain as you go, rather than working alone and delivering a finished product. • I have Owner permissions and Power Automate access. You should have • Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online (modern pages, libraries, metadata, filtered views, navigation). • Power Automate flow-building experience. • The ability to explain things clearly to a non-technical person. Teaching ability matters as much as build skill. • Good design sense for clean, professional internal sites.
