Vendor Management – Roles & Responsibilities (QuVikme) 1. Vendor Onboarding & Registration • Contact vendors from campaigns, enquiries, referrals, and field outreach • Explain QuVikme benefits, pricing and current offers • Collect vendor details (business info, category, location, contact) • Ensure basic KYC (Aadhaar, business proof if available) • Register vendor profile on the platform • Coordinate profile activation within defined TAT 2. Vendor Verification & Quality Control • Verify contact numbers and service categories • Cross-check service area relevance (Hadapsar & nearby) • Validate documents submitted by vendors • Ensure vendor profile completeness (photos, services, timings) • Flag fake, duplicate, or inactive vendors 3. Vendor Relationship Management • Act as the single point of contact for vendors • Resolve vendor queries related to leads, calls, and app usage • Educate vendors on best practices to get more leads • Maintain positive engagement and trust • Encourage long-term association and renewals 4. Lead & Performance Monitoring • Track vendor lead responses and call pick-up rates • Monitor service acceptance / rejection • Collect feedback from residents (if applicable) • Identify inactive or low-performing vendors • Suggest improvements to vendors for better visibility 5. Subscription & Revenue Coordination • Inform vendors about subscription plans and renewals • Follow up for payment collection (monthly/quarterly) • Update payment status in the master sheet/system • Coordinate with accounts team for reconciliation • Upsell add-ons like featured listings or ads 6. Data Management & Reporting • Maintain Master Vendor Sheet (clean, duplicate-free data) • Update vendor status: New / Interested / Follow-up / Active / Inactive • Record follow-up dates and notes • Prepare weekly/monthly vendor onboarding reports • Share insights with management for decision-making 7. Vendor Retention & Expansion • Conduct regular check-ins with active vendors • Inform vendors about new features, offers, or campaigns • Reduce churn through support and engagement • Identify potential vendors for category expansion • Help scale vendor base area-wise and category-wise 8. Coordination with Internal Teams • Work closely with tech team for vendor issues • Coordinate with marketing for campaign leads • Align with operations for service quality improvements • Provide feedback for platform enhancement Key Skills Required • Strong communication (Hindi / Marathi / English preferred) • Vendor handling & negotiation skills • Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge • Follow-up discipline • Problem-solving attitude KPIs for Vendor Management • Number of vendors onboarded • Activation rate • Vendor retention rate • Revenue per vendor • Vendor satisfaction level
